1.

At the top of this Lot or Lot Home Reservation form, Buyer shall fill in Buyer’s name and the lot number or lot home package Buyer wishes to reserve.

At the bottom of this Lot or Lot Home Reservation Offer form, Buyer shall complete the contact information for the Buyer.

Buyer acknowledges that Seller is accepting reservations from more than one buyer. This form does constitute an offer by Seller to sell on the terms set forth above. All Reservation Fee deposits shall be held in an escrow account with Don H. White, PC at 924 Stevens Creek Road, Suite 101, Augusta, GA 30907.

Buyer further acknowledges that Seller may cancel this reservation at anytime prior to closing and Buyers reservation deposit will be refunded by Seller.

Seller has the right to accept any one offer made. However, if Seller accepts offer then Buyer has reserved that lot or lot home package.

Buyer shall apply for a bank loan equal to the purchase price above within (15) business days of accepting this reservation offer. Buyer further agrees that once approved and qualified, this reservation offer is confirmed. Once Seller can provide fee simple title on lot or lot and home package is complete, Buyer shall close within 30days or forfeit reservation fee. (Note if Buyer does not qualify his or her reservation fee will immediately be returned.)

Buyer acknowledges that the closing of the sale of this property shall take lace at the law office of Donald H. White, P.C., 130 N. Washington Street, Lincolnton, Georgia; 30817 or 924 Stevens Creek Road, Ste. 101, Augusta, Georgia, 30907.

Buyer hereby offers to purchase the property stated above on the terms set forth above.

9.

Neither party shall be bound by any terms, conditions, oral statements, warranties, or representations not contained in this agreement. Each party acknowledges that he has read and understands this agreement.
